Mission
Inspired by the ideals of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa of a‘Universal Religion' based on the synthesis of sectarian beliefs. He had boldly practiced Hinduism, Christianity, and Islam and was an embodiment of theoneness of different religions through profound realization of the ultimate reality. That reality beset in thecore of spirituality constitutes the common ground of all religions. The harmony of religions and realization of the spiritual elements that bind the humanity forms the cardinal principles and the driving force of ISOLFoundation. The logo depicts nine prominent religions leading to one religion - the Religion of Humanity.

Description
The Conference ISOL Foundation- an initiative inspired by the philosophy of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, the Sage behind the great awakening in India in the latter part of 19th Century. His disciple, Swami Vivekananda made a landmark speech at the World's Parliament of Religions during September 11-27, 1893 at The Art Institute of Chicago that brought the change in the perceptions on India in the western countries. On the 122nd Anniversary of this historic lecture of Swami Vivekananda, ISOL Foundation announces the 5th International Conference on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership in Chicago during September 10-15, 2015.

Way back in 2007, the Foundation had launched a Series of International Conferences on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership. Since then, every alternate year, we have been organizing this mega event: 2007, 2009, 2011, & 2013 and 2015 is proposed to be held at Chicago.

The focus of ISOL 2015 is on “Spirituality for Global Economic Development” and aspires to again bring together the corporate leaders, academicians, representations from Governmental organizations and non - governmental organizations etc. from USA, Europe, Australia, Africa, Middle East and Asia to systematically explore the nature, determination and implications of the spiritual dimensions of global economic development. The central theme of the deliberations is to address the ethical and moral value that needs to be reinforced for a healthy business environment that is sustainable for individual, societal and economic growth.
